It is located in unincorporated Snohomish County, Washington, between the cities of Mukilteo and Everett, about 25 miles (40 km) north of Seattle.

 Note: To remove various objects on the airport, go to “drzewieckidesign-airport-kpae-paine-field\scenery\Paine Field Airport MSFS” and rename the following files: 

• Remove Parked Cars: KPAE_CARS.BGL -> KPAE_CARS.BGL.disabled 

• Remove 3D People: KPAE_PEOPLE.BGL -> KPAE_PEOPLE.BGL.disabled 

• Remove Static Aircraft: KPAE_STATIC.BGL -> KPAE_STATIC.BGL.disabled  Note: To remove the Boeing Everett Factory interior (improves performance), go to “drzewieckidesign-airport-kpae-paine-field\scenery” and rename the following files:  

• KPAE_PLC.bgl -> KPAE_PLC.bgl.factoryinterior 

• KPAE_PLC.bgl.nofactoryinterior -> KPAE_PLC.bgl
