[MSFS] - Skyline Simulations – KROA Roanoke–Blacksburg Regional Airport v1.0.0 (Update 1) (Fixed)

 Info Note: 

This fix contains a renamed MaterialLib folder and ModelLib file to prevent any conflicts with other sceneries (this will also fix the checkered textures at KCVG). We also changed the size of the ModelLib file entry inside the layout.json so it can be properly parsed by MSFS Addons Linker.
